The Firm has provided advisory services to several entities in the hotel, travel and leisure and time share and fractional industries, including vacation clubs and companies dedicated to exchange accommodation services.

The services that the Firm provides vary from the structuring, schematisation, and financing of hospitality projects in Mexico, including resorts, condo-hotels, serviced apartments and vacation rentals (either through time share, fractional property or full ownership and equity schemes, among others), as well as the processing and negotiation of real estate trusts, and the drafting and negotiation of any contractual arrangements associated thereto (including, but not limited to, management, operation, accommodation and maintenance agreements) and regulatory compliance thereof.
