In matters of foreign investments, the Firm has successfully structured investment vehicles to perform or undertake activities with foreign investment restrictions, including the design and issuance of series “N” shares, which do not reckon in the determination of the foreign investment thresholds in an entity, together with the filing of all documents and the undertaking of formalities as to obtain all necessary authorisations in connection therewith.

In addition, the Firm performs the relevant filings, registrations and control of notices before the National Registry of Foreign Investments, as provided by applicable law.
